  If you want honesty and integrity from a business, then kindly do not shop here. From our experience with Versatile Stones, we were shipped twice the amount of stone that was required. This company was supplied with the exact measurements and pictures of our project. We paid over twice the amount that was necessary and were promised that the product would be picked up from us and transported back to their warehouse at no expense to us and that we would be refunded hundreds of dollars also. Well after many lies that "the cheque was in the mail" and eventually that cheque was lost in the mail, we were then told that we would be provided with a tracking number of the next cheque. Well guess what we never received that either. Our last contact with this company was late December, 2015, during which time we were told that something would be done in the new year. After numerous phone calls, emails, and messages left for them, we received no reply. One good thing that we got out of this was a good product but terrible service.
